Submission guidelines
Presentations may be 5, 10, 20, or 30 minutes long. We are looking for talks that have something to do with speculative biology. Acceptable topics include:
- Showcases of speculative biology projects that the presenter is working (or has worked) on
- The history of speculative biology, or the impact or legacy of certain projects
- How speculative biology relates to science and/or education
- Biological or geological processes that can be applicable to speculative evolution (e.g. plate tectonics, extinction events, convergent evolution, predictions for earth's long-term future)
- Interpreting fictional life through an evolutionary lens
- Reviews of existing projects
If you want to present something that doesn't fall under one of these categories, we encourage you to submit anyways! So long as it has something to do with speculative biology. By submitting, you agree to follow the Code of Conduct.
Submissions will be accepted through the registration form
